These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to informational text messages sent by Nisga’a Ts’amiks Vancouver Society (“NTVS”).

Program Description

NTVS uses SMS text messaging to provide community members with informational and administrative communications, which may include:

• Community announcements 
• Program and service updates 
• Event reminders 
• Registration or application deadlines 
• Office or service updates 
• Other administrative notices 

The SMS program is intended for informational purposes and is not used for unsolicited marketing.

Consent

By subscribing to NTVS SMS communications, you consent to receive informational text messages from Nisga’a Ts’amiks Vancouver Society at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving NTVS programs or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on community activities, programs, events, deadlines, and administrative needs.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

You may stop receiving NTVS SMS messages at any time by replying:
