The NTVS is governed by five members of the Board of Directors that provide strategic direction, oversight, and leadership in support of the Society's mission and objectives.
The Board is comprised of:
- Three Directors elected by the membership of NTVS in accordance with the Society's Constitution and Bylaws.
- Two Director appointed through the Nisga'a General Elections process, serving as official representatives of the Nisga'a Nation and Nisga'a Ts'amiks Vancouver Society Board of Directors.

- NTVS Wilp Si'Ayuukhl Nisga'a (WSN) Representative
This governance structure ensures that NTVS has representation connected to the broader Nisga'a governance framework. Together, the Board works to promote accountability, community engagement, and organizational sustainability.
