PROGRAMS & SERVICES

Our P&S Team is made up of three staff team members who facilitate and manage programs for Ts'amiks living in the iVancouver and Vancouver Island. Our focus is to provide services for all Nisga'a members and create programs for youth, children and Elders. 

Our team also overlooks Nisga'a Ts'amiks Vancouver Society events, which include; fish distribution, Hoobiyee and annual holiday celebrations throughout the year. If you would like to receive updates on our programs and events please visit here.

CURRENT PROGRAMS & SERVICES

Since August 2026, Nisga'a Ts'amiks Vancouver Society has invested in programs and services that focus on family engagement and community connection. These activities create positive experiences and increase access for Nisga'a individuals and families. 

Youth and Family Events

Ts'amiks in the Stands 

NTVS sponsored sporting event tickets for youth, families, and community members to promote family and community bonding through shared experience.

Ts'amiks on the Town

NTVS sponsored entertainment and cultural experiences that lean into the connections our organization wants to encourage with our members, which includes community and family engagement.

Funding for these specific events is allocated from the Youth budget and is youth-focused. 

Future opportunities that include similar events will be provided as funding allows and will be more inclusive than ever before!
